Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery. Signing and accepting the product will be taken to mean that the customer is happy with the package. 

​Returns – should you need to return a product for whatever reason, please email sales@busanimen.com. To be eligible for return, products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.

​Exchanges – to request an exchange, please email sales@busanitextiles.co.za. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged. The exchange will be at the customers cost.

Damages – damaged items will be collected and returned by Busanimen at no cost to the customer.
